- We use the right cheese – Philadelphia or cream cheese. It has a light, low-fat texture. That’s why the finished dessert just melts in your mouth.
- All the ingredients used to make the cheesecake must be at room temperature. That’s why we take them out of the fridge a certain amount of time before cooking.
- Beat the ingredients with a mixer (at low speed) or by hand. This way, the ingredients are mixed gently, and the finished dessert will not crack when baked.
- We carefully monitor the temperature in the oven while baking the cheesecake. The optimal cooking temperature for this dessert is 160°C – 180°C. Otherwise, the cheesecake may crack and look completely unattractive.
- After baking, the cheesecake should be allowed to cool slowly: sudden temperature changes have a bad effect on it. That’s why we first leave it in the oven for 30 minutes, and then let it cool at room temperature and in the refrigerator. That’s it – the perfect cheesecake is ready.
